At TRÜ, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

At this time, we anticipate fulfilling orders twice a week — on Mondays and Fridays. Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note:

• Processing times may vary depending on order volume and product availability.
• Delivery timelines depend on your location and the shipping carrier.
• We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
